Deals Quantum DMG equal to 112% of ATK to all enemies, then fires jewel bombs that each deal 112.5% of ATK to a random enemy. Consumes 3 Gem Energy per bomb. Repeats until Gem Energy drops below 3 or all enemies are dead. Maximum 33 bounces.
Before firing, if current SP is above 2, all excess SP is consumed and converted into Gem Energy at a 1:2 ratio. This means going into Enhanced Skill with 7 SP converts 5 SP into 10 Gem Energy before the bounces even start.
The theoretical maximum on a single target is staggering. Assuming all sources stack without a cap: 20 Gem Energy (base) + 10 (Technique) + 12 (Ultimate Trace) + 10 (SP conversion from 5 excess SP) = 52 Gem Energy.
That's 17 bounces at 112.5% each, plus the 112% AoE opener. Theoretical total: 112% + 17 ร 112.5% = 2,024.5% ATK before CRIT DMG bonuses, Vulnerability, and DEF Ignore.
Note that this is a best-case calculation; actual Gem Energy accumulation per rotation will depend on team SP cycling speed and whether any per-instance caps exist that haven't surfaced in beta data yet.
In multi-target scenarios, the bounces spread across enemies, making her excellent for wave content like Pure Fiction.

At 160 Energy cost, her Ultimate requires some investment in Energy management, but the payoff is enormous. The 25% Vulnerability debuff applied before your Enhanced Skill turn means every single one of those 33 potential bounces hits 25% harder. The 1 SP recovery also feeds back into her Gem Energy via Talent.
With the Inbound Prosperity Trace, using Ultimate also grants 12 Gem Energy directly, making it a critical setup tool.

When entering combat, gains 20 Gem Energy. When any ally consumes or recovers SP, Rin's CRIT DMG increases by 125% for 2 turns. For every 1 SP consumed or recovered, gains 1 Gem Energy. At 15+ Gem Energy or 7+ current SP, Skill enhances.
This is the engine. The 125% CRIT DMG buff is practically permanent in any team that cycles SP regularly (which is every functional team). And because the buff triggers on both consumption AND recovery, abilities like Sparkle's SP generation or Huohuo's Energy restore all count.
The Gem Energy accumulation is passive and automatic. You don't need to do anything special. Just play normally, cycle SP, and watch the counter climb.
